Got questions about booking a session with Stacey Marie Photography? Find answers about boudoir, headshots, family portraits, pricing, payment, and more - serving Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch, FL.
My studio is just outside Lakewood Ranch, FL about 7 minutes from I-75. It is centrally located for clients coming from Bradenton, Sarasota, Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton, and surrounding areas. The exact address is shared after booking to maintain privacy for all my clients. Ample parking is available.
Both. Headshot and family sessions happen at the studio or on location throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties: beaches, parks, downtown areas, your office, wherever makes sense. Boudoir sessions are studio-only to ensure complete privacy for every client.
I'm based in Lakewood Ranch and serve Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Venice, Nokomis, Englewood, Apollo Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, St. Petersburg, and surrounding areas. If you're not on this list, just ask; I love to travel and can usually make it work.
Fill out the contact form on any page and I'll take it from there. You'll get a text and email from me right away - depending on the service you're interested in, I may ask a quick question to get the conversation started. From there we'll schedule a free consultation, talk through what you're looking for, go over pricing, and get you on the calendar. A retainer is required to hold your date and is applied to your final balance.
Yes - and it's free with no obligation. I do a consultation with every client before booking. For boudoir clients, this is especially important - we'll talk through what you're envisioning, what you're nervous about, what you want to wear, and what the experience actually looks like from start to finish. For headshot and family clients it's usually a quicker conversation. Either way, you'll never feel like you're booking blind.
Yes. A retainer is required to hold your session date and is applied toward your final balance. Retainer amounts vary by service - we'll go over this during your consultation.
Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Reschedule requests made close to your session date may incur a rescheduling fee depending on timing. If your outdoor session is rained out, I'll reschedule you, usually for the next day, at no additional charge.
We reschedule, simple as that. Rain happens, especially in Florida, and I never charge a rescheduling fee for weather. I'll typically get you in the next day. For beach sessions specifically, I keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out proactively if we need to move things around.
Bean Point is one of my favorite spots for family sessions โ but parking is genuinely tricky. Arrive early, park on the correct side of the road facing the correct direction, and make sure your tires are completely off the road. Anna Maria Island enforces parking rules strictly and you will get a ticket if you're not careful. I'll remind you of this when we book a session there.
I accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, and PayPal. I do not accept personal checks or Zelle. Boudoir collections also qualify for Affirm, AfterPay, and in-house financing - flexible payment options exist because I never want cost to be the reason someone doesn't do this.
Yes! I don't advertise them widely but I'm absolutely happy to put one together. A boudoir session, headshot session, or family session makes a genuinely meaningful gift. Just reach out directly and we'll figure out the details.
Always and without hesitation. My studio is an inclusive, welcoming space for everyone - regardless of identity, orientation, relationship status, or how they show up. If you've ever felt like a photographer's marketing wasn't speaking to you, I want you to know mine is.
Not currently... but watch this space. Right now my boudoir studio serves women and nonbinary individuals. If you're interested in something outside that, reach out and let's have a conversation.
My primary specialties are boudoir, headshots, family, and real estate photography. I also photograph weddings and elopements by personal referral. For detailed pricing and what's included in each service, visit the individual service pages or check out the links below.
For boudoir, I recommend booking at least four to six weeks out โ especially if you have a specific date in mind like a birthday, anniversary, or holiday gift deadline. Headshot sessions can often be booked with shorter notice. Family sessions during peak Florida season (October through March) book up quickly, so the earlier the better.

For boudoir sessions, professional hair and makeup is included with every collection - handled by my all-female support team. For headshot and family sessions, I recommend coming camera-ready, though I'm happy to book one of our talented hair and makeup artists for your session - this will incur an additional fee.
