Ms. J. came in for her first ever boudoir session. I could tell that she was a little nervous, but after a little while, her inner Diva started to show! We started, as we always do, with hair and makeup styled by our master hair and makeup artist, Linda. We talked about the wardrobe pieces she brought. And let me tell you, Ms. J. brought some KILLER pieces fit for a DIVA!! I wanted to photograph them ALL. We picked her favorites, and mine too! We came up with a plan for her session, then, after hair and makeup, we started the shooting. It took Ms. J. a few minutes to be comfortable, but once we settled in, it was magic. Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before?
No, this was my first time.
Why did you choose to do a Boudoir Session?
To give as a gift to my fiancé as a wedding present.
What was your favorite part of the session?
The whole experience was great; I can’t choose.
What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image?
I definitely felt like a diva leaving there! Stacey is great to work with and explains things in a way that makes it easy to try to give the camera what is needed. I fell in love with myself doing this and am so happy I made this decision.
What was the best part of your experience?
I can’t pinpoint any one thing. The experience was better than what I was expecting.
